Unlike a structured group course, private coaching allows you to focus on the areas of magic you’re most interested in, with individual guidance from our magician throughout the session.

LESSON FEE

S$200/hour, minimum booking 1 hour per session

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Private coaching is available by appointment and is subject to trainer availability.

• Please indicate your preferred coaching date, time and areas of interest when making your booking.

• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Please read the Booking Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and rescheduling policies, before completing your booking.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required in advance to secure your private coaching session.

• All bookings are subject to trainer availability and confirmation by Institute Illusions.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

• 48 hours or more before the session: One complimentary rescheduling is permitted, subject to trainer availability.

• 24 to less than 48 hours before the session: A rescheduling fee of S$50 applies.

• Less than 24 hours before the session: The full session fee will be forfeited.

All rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date and are subject to trainer availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 48 hours or more before the session: A full refund may be requested.

• 24 to less than 48 hours before the session: A 50% refund of the session fee may be requested.

• Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund will be provided.

• No-shows: No refund will be provided.

4. Late Arrival

• Students are encouraged to arrive on time.

• Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.

• Additional coaching time may be arranged subject to trainer availability and additional charges.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Institute Illusions

If Institute Illusions needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose either:

• An alternative available session date at no additional charge; or

• A full refund for the affected session.

6. General Terms

• All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to Institute Illusions.

• Requests will be assessed based on the time the message is received.

• All rescheduling arrangements are subject to trainer availability.

• Any exceptions to these terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Institute Illusions, subject to applicable consumer rights.

By completing the booking, students acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
